    Dear Sir/ Madam, I felt I had to inform you of the disappointment of the railings around the wheelhouse and stern of the boat, which during handling the deck and wheelhouse to get to the battery, they broke quite easily.Also in the four months that I had the pleasure of the modle boat the main forward and reverse electric speed controler had to be replaced at the added cost to myself, which I found very disappointing for the length of time that I have had the boat also its cost to me.     Dear Mr Edward Cooke, Thank you for your mail. We have never heard of similar issue until reading your mail, then we obtained a Lobmaster and tried practically to get to the battery. We found it easy to handle the whole deck with the wheelhouse together after removing the hooks of riggings and two retainers. Anyway, we will pass your advice to our related staffs in R&D department to pay attention to this. Sorry for inconvenience. Besides, please dry the boat in the air naturally everytime with the deck opened in case the wet damages the electrical equipments.
