Complaint re Soaring star fuselage
Question:
I purchased this model from an Australian retailer but can obtain no response from him.
The model had not yet flown.
This was my message and attachment to the retailer.

Just got round to getting the Soaring Star to maiden.
I installed the supplied motor and prop and wooden spacer according to the directions. ie gluing wooden spacer to motor and checking for any flashing in the nose area. I then fired up the motor/prop and it was drawing more amps than I liked so I dismantled it to install a brushless. The motor/prop seemed well balanced.
As you can see the nose has cracked badly.

Being a new model a patch up repair is hardly appropriate. Moreover the fuselage does seem very thin and weak at the motor mounting area
I appreciate your response.
