faulty ESC
Question:
Hi. I ordered som time ago a Mini Titan E325 3D Heli 4710-K11 (with esc/motor) from http://www.helikraft.com. The ESC have now cut the power to the motor 3 times, with 3 different (fully charged) batteries. All the servos works, but not the motor. The last time it took approx. 2-3 secs before the motor power was back. the two other times it didn't come back before I unplugged the battery, and plugged it in again. Luckily it happened in low altitude, and I got to practice my autorotation skills! No damage. But still, my ESC doesn't work properly, and I see this as a warranty issue.
I have been in contact with http://www.helikraft.com, who claims that this is Thunder Tiger's warranty issue.

Answer:
Dear Mr. Jan Fredrik Bjordal,
Thanks for your email. Usually, the ESC will cut of the power to motor due to temp protection if it is overloaded. Would it be possible to inquire a nearby hobby shop for another same type of ESC to try? If the problem remains, it may come from the motor, mechanics, settings...etc. Contrarily, if the problem is resolved, the original ESC should be defective. Then we will replace it via our authorized distributors. May we know where you are from that we are able to inform you of the service center? Sorry for inconvenience.
Best regards,
