Dear: Export manager. I have been used your product Heli Raptor for several years. But I and many users are difficulties to get Raptor parts for several months. We have ordered Heli Parts to your Korea dealer "Hobby mall and Rc hobby". The answers were Please wait few more days the goods you ordered us is coming. More than 6 months your dealer did not supply to us. only some parts they had stocks were available. We have no choice to order heli parts and Assembles i other countris as Hong Kong. America and singapol. I wnat to know that Korea dealer do not interest your products any more, or The contract with your partner is over. A lot of Rapter userssare difficulties to maintain Heli. Nowdays many Raptor holders gave up RC . You know why, They have to buy new one. It means Raptor is useless any more due to lack of parts. Korea RC markets are growing gradually . Please inform us when you can supply your products without problems. If you are looking for new dealer ,let me know , more details will be informed floowing your mail. regards m k lee
