Very dissapointed customer
Question:
Hello,
i purchased a ts-4n v2 pro from modelzone in guildford UK this week, and
unfortunatly after the first few runs i crashed it and broke the front
bulkhead and therefore the driveshaft came out.
the car itself is fantastic although the support is uterly terrible. The UK
stores ModelZone are useless and totally unhelpfull. I was dissapointed
further when i was told that there would be a 3 week wait!
I strongly regret buying this car and will ensure that until the parts
service improves.
