    Hi I have a Neptune with the veloci speed controller. I have no reverse and want to re-setup the controller. Can you send me the instructions for setting up the speed controller please as there aren't any supplied in the kit. Also there are no instructions for the charger. When should the LED on the charger light up? Regards

    Dear Chas, Thanks for your email. Please refer to the attached instruction for the speed controller. We are sorry that we do not have a particular manual for the charger. The LED should light up when the batteries are connected to the charger and it will be off when the batteries are fully charged.
