Question:
Customer service: My EP Windstar (item 4103) will not fly using the equiped folding prop and I believe it requires a larger blade system Have you had similar cutomer reports and is there a better alternative folding prop size? I'm using a 1700 mah 8 cell battery and a proper esc. so I have to believe the inadequate climb out power is due to the undersized prop. Please advise. Thank you, John Hyland

Dear John, Thank you for your e-mail. We appreciate your support to Thunder Tiger. We do not suggest a bigger prop in case that there will be too much loading for the motor unless that you change a brusless motor or gear reduction. Basically, there are plenty sizes of prop that you can choose, like Aeronut or Graupner. Please note that Windstar is not a design of strong wing that high speed flight or too much wing loading might damage the wing once you upgrade the power. Thunder Tiger authorizes worldwide distributors that offer our customers selling, marketing, after service, and so on.
