GP-42 engine
Question:
Service department
and
Consumer department
July 24th 2006
My name is Mr. C. Malard from Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
Some time ago, I acquired a GP-42 engine through Udisco distributors in
Montreal.
We have followed instructions to get the engine running initially but to no
avail.
We even sent the engine to your USA service department and after its
return,
the engine has never thoroughly worked. Time laspes of its run barely
lasted
10 seconds in all.
2 full afternoons have been consumed in total frustration in trying to
break
in the engine. We have only be able to break in our joy to eventually fly.
I regret having bought this engine and unfortunately, you have discouraged
many in continuing the hobby of RC flying.
I have assisted at many local flying clubs within the province of Quebec
and
flyers with experience have recommended I simply throw away the engine and
stop losing time with your product.
I would like you to show me otherwise and convince me your product is worth
the box in which it was delivered, my hard earned money and my time spent
trying to have it run.
If required, I am willing to send out to your address the engine for
replacement or credit.
I await your immediate attention in this matter.
A concerned buyer.
